the room was very clean and comfortable and super well located

the sound isolation is poor so I could hear all neighbors and there was no double bed available

clean and hospitable

I liked everything except no heat

We booked a small room and it was very small. Arranged for bicycle storage and paid extra for this, it turned out the bicycles were stored in our bedroom, which was up 2 flights of stairs as the lift was too small for them!

Ishmael, the owner. He was so accommodating and friendly. He went out of his way to give us brand new rooms, never slept in before. Then when he found out it was our anniversary he took us to a fantastic restaurant and made dinner reservations for us. We couldn't have been happier.

We loved the whole experience.

The best thing was it was so quiet and Ben thought it was so central. And the reception staff next door was friendly and very helpful.

located centrally to the Cathedral and the city. Easy walk. Quiet , very clean. the staff was very helpful. We checked in early even though our room wasn’t ready. They stored our backpacks so we could go out and explore the city. Has an elevator for those weary hikers. Two Security doors to get through for your safety.

Staff was nice, the lady from the reception helped us when we needed.

I was traveling with my husband as pilgrims, so every once in a while we pay for a private room to have a bit more privacy and rest more. However, at this place, a family checked in very late, close to midnight, they were very loud, and nobody said anything. The heating was also not turned on, we were very cold at night. I found the rug to be dirty, it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a while.
