I contacted the property several times and I have been completely ignored , it was a horrible experience staying there .

You cannot have your backpack sent there - the late check-in (3:30pm) makes it so that the service providers do not offer this location. Also: they require cash payment.

Value for the money, we knew what to expect when booking, the beds were comfy the room was clean,

The rules were, no smoking, but could clearly smell someone gad been smoking in their room.

The location is good very center of Burgos.

During booking they sent you a message to pay cash. Then they charge u 50 € immediately to secure your booking. The reception was very nice so you think the place was good but no the actual accommodations was on the other side of the old building , small elevator . The rooms are decent bed is okay NO TOWELS, the shared toilets are dirty. After your shower you need to removed the flooded water on the floor outside the shower there was bucket for mop. Toilets doesnt flush properly so u have to use bucket to flush properly. Ir was broken flush. During our check out we saw the cleaner fixing other rooms and she didnt even change the bed sheets last night was full accommodations with families and kids on each rooms but we saw her didnt change the bed sheets after guest leave. I feel disgusted after.
