Toilet is in need to be updated, it’s dirty. Also water tap doesn’t work properly. The room is dark, also there is almost nothing from furniture and completely blank walls. Little art here&there could make this place more cozy

The listing said it included a TV which the room did not have (obviously wasn't too bothered about this, but did feel it was a bit dishonest). The duvet was ridiculously small for a double bed. There was a large clump of hair still stuck to the bathroom wall that didn't belong to either of us 🤢 and it feels like you have no privacy as the glass doors just face other people's room not even 2 metres away. But all that said, it was very cheap to stay, so it was average in that regard.

The property is located in a good position close to the city centre.

First time in Bali, my boyfriend and I booked this accommodation for 2 days. The bathroom door was malfunctioning, it was impossible to open it from the inside. We were locked in the bathroom for almost an hour crying for help, but no one rescued us. There was no key and button to call for help, because of that my boyfriend had to kick the door and smash the glass. Due to the glass breaking down he got injured (deep cut on the right ankle). After hearing the noise the owner finally showed up and the first thing that he said to us was a threat to call the police even though we were naked and my boyfriend was full of blood. After I was desperately asking them to bring us to the hospital where he got 4 stitches when we returned to the accommodation no one came to check on us except for one of the staff members Kadek. He was the only one that apologies to us for what happened and for his boss behaviour. When we ask for the reimbursement of the medical expenses since our vacation was ruined they blame the accident on us. They only agreed to give us the money back when I told them that I was about to leave a review (which they desperately ask to not publish). My boyfriend had to rest for two weeks taking painkillers and antibiotics daily without doing any of the experiences that we planned to do. We were really disappointed in the rudeness and disinterest of the owner.

Location was good. It is 10 minutes walk to the beach. The staff was friendly and willing to help. They offer free water. If you are on the upper floor, common areas are cozy and beautiful.

The room is a bit dark, the rest is perfect!
