There was lots of massive ants in the bathroom and everywhere, when you turn the lights on they’d all run. One crawled up my arm as I was Sleeping, left 2 nights before I was supposed to check out.

1. MOLD. I think the place had a lot of mold. The walls were always damp and wet, since there are no windows the only way to ventilate was to keep the doors open but that would bring in mosquitoes and bugs. 2. Black insects in the washroom: The washroom had little black flies - see pic. New ones would keep coming everyday. 3. Bright lights all night: There were very bright lights in the corridor and the perimeter walls. Even when you turn off all lights in the room, it is still quite bright at night 4. The kitchen facilities were a bit run down and not well maintained. The pots and pans/utensils are just a random assortment. Not enough and not good. All four burners on the stove need servicing and maintenance. The tap in the sink..pretty much everything needs maintenance. 5. The sofa in the common area is extremely dirty and moldy. A part of the wall in the common area is also moldy. 6. The fridges needed more cleaning. Somebody left a large plate of food in the fridge - just an uncovered plate with rice and chicken or something - and they did not clean it for 2 weeks. The smell of rot was strong, but the staff was "afraid" to throw it out. Many things in the fridge were rotten. Granted it is difficult for the staff to know if food belongs to a current guest or someone who has already left, but when stuff is rotting - you just throw it out!

Very good place! Big and clean room, nice view from the balcony, very friendly staff, good location! 😍

various spacious room and although we didn’t use the balcony much it was nice to be able to dry our sweaty clothes on the clothes stand they provide. the rooms have so much natural lighting it’s been wonderful. good furniture - desk, dressing table, mirror, massive bed!!! comfy mattered and bed side tables plus a wardrobe. no complaints. cleaning every few days Including bed sheet change plus towels!
