I had to ask for a hoover as the room had not been hoovered or mopped. When I asked she gave the hoover to me and told me to do it myself. Then I looked at the sheets of the bed they were dirty so I asked for clean sheets and she swore at me and refused to change the sheets of the bed and she said I had problems. She then grapped some sheets threw them at me and told me to do it myself. When I took the sheets of there was a matress protector under and it was stinking when I told her she said yes I know there tea over it and she refused to change it. She was swearing at me and she said im not doing anything you have problems avoid this place at all costs.
