Franco and Alena made it feel like home away home. There was nothing they wouldn't help with.I loved my 16-night stay. The room and breakfast were exceptional. The location was easy to walk to all the places I walked to visit in the city. Highly recommend!

Owners are a nice family. Room was large. Didn't hear street noise. Breakfast was large and high quality with as much coffee/lattes as you want. Courtyard was nice for relaxing. Good location walking distance to historic buildings.

El desayuno es muy rico y abundante. El lugar es muy bonito, silencioso y cómodo. Está lleno de detalles. Es una casa patrimonial con una bella restauración. Los patios internos le dan un ambiente muy agradable. La habitación es silenciosa, con un colchón y almohadas muy buenas.

Me habría gustado que el jugo de naranja sea natural

Super schöne Unterkunft in der Altstadt von Cuenca. Ganz tolles Ambiente. Franco ist ein klasse Host und hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und Touren organisiert. Das Frühstück war auch immer sehr lecker.

The host waited for our late bus to arrive in the middle of the night and even gave us food when we couldn't find any at that hour. They're both extremely welcoming and friendly in an authentic and personal way and not in an artificially professional sense. The surroundings, the rooms and the food is tremendous and most importantly: great affordable coffee. 10/10!

Der Hotelbesitzer war so unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit ! Er half bei der Organisation unsererTour, machte ein super Frühstück mit dem besten Kaffee in Ecuador und fragte für uns nach, ob es Straßensperrungen gibt für unsere Bustour nach Riobamba. Ich kann leider nur 10 geben, er verdient aber unbedingt eine 10 mit ganz vielen Sternchen!
