I booked the room for my husband Frederick, he was very happy with the service and location. He said Franco was great! He was welcoming, and greeted him with kindness.  The room was extremely clean and felt like new. The space was modern, private, and comfortable. High-speed Wi-Fi worked perfectly for business needs. The room included a clean bathroom and kitchen. The location is central and easy to access.Taxis and the tram were close by. He always returned to a safe and comfortable property, and said he would stay there the next time in Cuenca. Thank you Franco!

El anfitrión, Franco, nos atendió en todo momento y nos dio todas la explicaciones necesarias para una estancia perfecta. El desayuno excelente. Las instalaciones no desmerecen de un hotel de cinco estrellas. El hospedaje tiene alma y hace que te sientas como en tu casa. La ubicación de la casa es perfecta y tiene un bonito diseño. Muy buena relación calidad/precio.

Todo fue muy bien.

Uma surpresa maravilhosa a estadia no Suite Le Fabrique. Esse Hotel é a prova que atendimento, limpeza, cuidado e bom gosto estão acima de qualquer classificação sintética. Viajo pelo mundo fazendo inúmeras reservas pelo Booking e sem dúvida o Hostal Suite Le Fabrique com muito mérito ao Senhor Franco foi uma das melhores hospedagens que já tive. Quartos limpos, construído com extremo bom gosto, espaço agradável, um café da manhã personalizado extremamente saboroso como não comia a tempo. Acredito que voltarei a Cuenca muito motivado por essa hospedagem. Obrigado por tudo!!!

"Hostal Suite Le Fabrique offers a traditional yet modern ambiance in the heart of El Centro!"

We lodged for 2 weeks at Hostal Suite Le Fabrique for.a 2nd time in 2 years. Suite 7, the deluxe family suite, is perfectly tranquil and a generous size for 2 people for this duration. Franco and Elena are lovely hosts! While there are plenty of food options within walking distance, we highly recommend Franco's fabulous coffee and generous breakfasts to start your day. Hostal Suite Le Fabrique is a true gem!

"Franco war sehr hilfreich und das Frühstück und vor allem der Kaffee waren toll."

"Increíble!"

Desde el primer minuto, Franco, el dueño te hace sentir en casa. Las instalaciones son nuevas y con un confort muy alto. El desayuno preparado al momento es excelente. Sin duda la mejor opción de Cuenca.
