Good location, very nice staff, helpful and friendly. Good little balcony and nice to have a TV.

Hot water sometimes didn't work, No AC (fan instead, which was still okay) and the beds were really uncomfortable, incredibly hard.

Perfect location in Da Lat, rooms are very big and everything worked well, very cheap price

Beds weren't that comfortable, doors close at around 10pm, beware of that
