Pretty central location. Close to heaps of good restaurants. Shower was very hot. Room was basic, but clean.

Due to location, it was a little noisy. Beds were hard as rocks.

Large room with 2 queen beds, tv etc and balcony. Very central location close to market, and we were able to walk everywhere: lake, Crazy House, Truc Lam monastery etc Plenty of cheap food places around Owners very friendly and pleasant and organised an airport taxi at good rate for us, since airport shuttle no longer exists!

Mattresses are very hard, but you get used to them

Nothing

The worst hotel we have stayed across Vietnam. A hotel that doesn't even have a kettle, dustbin, water and even not cleaning. It was a nightmare staying here. If the property is not willing to run the hotel why is it still listed on booking.com.
