Good communication

Not much I like about it but it’s was what I paid

Location was not easy no sign apart from number 10 which wasn’t easy to see parking was a issue then the security was a issue had to go true three doors of security to get in ones in the carpet wasn’t clean very sticky plus £70 deposit Notting was there to damage bedding wasn’t as clean needs more updating it’s was clean an £36 not bad

They took 4 weeks to send my deposit back , I had to ring them constantly and u get told someone will call you back and no one does

The room was clean , and I loved that it was clean and fresh The heating was fantastic too

The cutlery is not in the best condition, ( cups, spoons etc)

Clean and comfortable as they always are. Great location, just yards from the High Street. So lots of pubs, shops, and eateries on your doorstep.

On arrival, the bedside lamp was broken, and the tv had no signal, but eventually managed to get it working. The remote was damaged, and the cheap batteries used always cause issues. Have advised them to use duracell in future, in fact I am.in future going to.take my own duracell with me and swap.the batteries on arrival, and again on.leaving.

I booked hotel when I went to hotel they didn’t open door and they asked for deposit and they didn’t say at beginning and I didn’t receive any email. I did not use hotel and they charged me this is ridiculous not happy at all.

Great location for access to Dudley Town. Good overnight parking
