The fact that I couldn’t use the microwave because it was faulty. Although they promised me that it would be fixed. So hopefully when I visit next it would have been replaced or restored

Where do I start, I booked this place as I thought it was good value for money and spent my last money I had to book it. The owners then message me telling me that I have to pay 75 deposit for damages or I can't stay there. I told them what had happened and I didn't see about any charges as I have mental health and also I struggle to read if there's too much information as a I'm dyslexic. They are a cowboy company who not only took my 36 pound but left me on the street in the freezing pouring down rain and I had to sleep rough when I paid for a room. It was only me staying there and I wasn't going to be there till after 9pm and i was leaving early but they wouldn't help me out. Terrible customer service skills and 0 compassion please avoid.

Nothing to like. Had to book here as a last last last resort after saying I wouldn’t stay again. Have stayed in parson’s street before which is ok so when I discovered they’ve plonked us in castle view which is not the property I booked I was so unhappy.

Absolutely filthy. Dirty cups, cobwebs everywhere, the worst bed I’ve ever slept in. Woke up with not one but two frozen shoulders and couldn’t sit up by myself. The radiator doesn’t work and it was freezing. Peeling wallpaper, swelling walls and stains all over the dressing table.

Not very much at all. Other than the convenience of being close to shops.

There was mould around the windows, shower cubicle, bathroom wall and worst of all, there was mould on the bedding! I won’t be staying there again. There was a review back in July 2023 saying the room they was in (block 3, room 1 where I also stayed) stated there was mould around the windows, so this has been going on for some time. I wouldn’t recommend at all.
