Safe. Comfortable. Great location

What I needed so all good

Enjoyed my second stay here for 3 nights. Two friends also stayed in similar rooms nearby and they were happy too. Good communication from the management company. Easy access via (3) pin codes for street for, corridor door & room, which were sent to me in good time for check-in. Comfortable room, comfortable bed, nice & warm. Fitted out with mainly IKEA furniture (no problem with that). Little kitchenette in the room & a fully equipped kitchen down the corridor were excellent. Nice central location near the major bus routes in and out of Dudley. Found an excellent family run café nearby for a good full English breakfast. I shall stay here again.

A bit off a faff completing online pre-stay ID & rental agreement checks. Anyone not a IT literate may struggle with this. Some black mould in bathroom.

Cleanliness was on point. Many facilities were available.

Communication gap, lack of blanket, no shampoo in washroom, no shoes available for washroom and window blinds where not in good shape. Need to work on communication because we were stand in freezing weather for just entering in the building. It was our first time and it was 50/50.

The shower had mold in the corners Half eaten food in the fridge To get access was a nightmare three codes to get into the room A security deposit taken but not returned whe. I was promised it would be back in my bank account when I checked out I did not do any damage.
