"Disappointing"

Economical, good location.

Nothing available for you to hang your clothes. Microwave not working. Oven not working. Heating system not working. Despite messaging staff 3 -4 times about these issues, they do not bother to fix it and they don't bother replying as well :)

"Poor experience"

I couldn’t use the facility , I request For refund of the 36pounds paid as I was not given the passcode to access the facility . So poor customer service and so disappointing.

"clean comfortable, and great location"

comfortable, easy to access, great location, clean, and quite.

no WiFi signal for the tv, no bedside lamp. Did raise it with customer services who said they would get someone to look into it, but if they did, they did not resolve either issue.
