The pictures used for advertising are misleading, they look like they have the beach front where as it’s a few km away from the beach.

Location excellent to go to the beach .

The location is good. The room is air conditioned. The pool and outside area is lovely.

I booked for 2 adults and my 12year old daughter. There were only 2 towels/ 2 plates/glasses/bowls etc. I had to ask for the additional items. Also, the sleeper couch is lumpy with the springs easily felt when sleeping on it. I had to ask for a sheet to put on the couch to sleep on it. There was an awful smell in the bathroom despite the toilet spray provided by them. There is mould in the bathroom and rising damp on internal walls.

It is situated in a very nice area and the location is convenient to the beach and malls

The service from staff was terrible, on arrival I had to wait for 10minutes before someone opened the gate. Tried calling the property with no response. The room had a mouldy smell as a result of the bathroom not being properly ventilated. You will need to park side by side in the drive way which is quite steep when there are many other guests.

The place was filthy, the walls grimy, the sheets dirty and the staff were unfriendly. It is not set up as a guest house, there’s no reception and you have to go through the family’s kitchen to get to your accommodation. The pictures are not a true reflection of the facility at all.

The location was perfect as we were 4mins away from the shops & restaurants. The pool was a great feature but overall the accommodation is not maintained at all. There are broken cardboard and depleted walls and the doors were getting stuck. Its okay for 1 night and as a last resort.

The place is not maintained. It looks and feel depleted.
