It was a very quaint place. The rooms were basic but good. Well heated.

A great location just down from Goryu ski resort with many restaurants and bars around the accommodation, with 7 eleven a short walk away. The bus to all other ski resorts also stops at Goryu. The place felt very homey and loved coming back after a long day skiing to my own warm room to relax. This definitely isn't a hostel so don't expect to meet heaps of people while you are here, which makes for a very quiet accommodation. Everything was clean and tidy and the free use of the washing machine was great to have.

The bathrooms don't have heating so they are a little chilly but just have a hot shower or bath and its fine. I also recommend a car if you have lots of things to carry as the road leading to accommodation is on a hill and when theres ice on the road it can make it difficult to walk up to bus stop.

Very quiet location with quite a few restaurants nearby, easy 10 minute walk to Goryu ski lift area, excellent staff, good value for money. I booked a shared bathroom which wasn't a problem. Really warm and spacious room. I didn't need 5 star accom, rather just somewhere to sleep during the busy start of the winter season
