When I came on this place no one wants on the property to let check me in I call to all numbers everywhere no one answer, someone send me message next day in the morning say sorry I tell them to give me refund because I don't even kinda and he don't answer and I lose my money for nothing I need booked after that expensive hotel because there was last minute the weekend and I lose a lot of money because that

Staff was good, very well behaved and responsive over texts. I had a lot of queries and the staff was eager to help throughout. He even came to the property for resolving my issues.

Narrow staircase made it really hard to carry the suitcase till the top floor, where I had my room allotted. It's a bit far from the nearest metro station too so there's a lot of walk involved unless you want to take cab/bus till there.

Had the house to ourselves. Great watching the world cup in the lounge on the TV. Netflix and everything!

nothing in particular. even TV not working in the bed rooms. bath rooms without floor Marts not very clean environment

After checked in I emailed for assistance concerning issues of very filthy Kitchen and also non working TV and never received a response back

Clealiness

No breakfast, shared kitchen, did not see any staff, other residents quiet. Everything was clean and tidy, fairly quiet street, a10 minute walk from Ilford town centre. Great locality for where I was working.

No complaints other than numbering, the doors, the instructions are clear enough. I don't know if cleaning provisions are provided for guests to use, as I bring my own, but other guests may require them.
