Good size family room for 5. Friendly, helpful , polite staff. The room had a microwave and a small fridge/ freezer. Staff helped to get water.

-Amazing facilities - Room comfortable and lovely and warm especially during the cold nights -All staff were fantastic, lovely and were always checking in -Food i didn't expect to be amazing and it exceeded all expectations it was delicious -Decent value for money -Fairly priced -Amazing location by the harbour and good there was parking nearby -Thought the live music would be an issue when I was trying to sleep and honestly not at all! Will consider coming here again next time I visit my home town Good job team! :)

Of course there is always flaws with everything but honestly nothing major and things here cannot control. - Bathroom was fantastic however sharing with others there whilst not terrible, not ideal when you are in a rush (only minor flaw) Other than this, amazing place!

Location was great. I was able to check in late. It was quiet.

It was very basic and could have been comfier and cleaner. Providing biscuits or chocolates works wonders.

Amazing location, very close to all our golf courses. One of the best restaurants and food that we ate at the entire trip. When we arrived the hostess helped show us to our room, very welcoming. We were able to find street parking right out front. Nice hot showers very spacious. Room had a nice radiator which was clutch with having some wet clothes I needed dried. Overall amazing stay I will be back next time I’m in the country!

A little noisy at night with other guests and rooms behind above the restaurant/bar but that comes with the territory

Share facilities as a family of 4 this wasn't ideal. Noise was higher than 1st thought

The place was clean , not particularly comfortable, not user friendly, particularly for older people. It did what it had to do.

The stairs with no hand rail at the top, long walk to the toilets, specially at night. Not much else to say but would not go back.

Clean spacious family room with a nice view.

We didn’t realise the bathrooms were shared with others I may of misread the description so not great if you have little ones that need the toilet in the night. Booked a meal in their restaurant but was told that dogs were not allowed in the restaurant part although they new we had a dog with us when we booked it and they didn’t think to book us a table in the bar area where dogs were allowed so we unfortunately had to go elsewhere for dinner so we were very disappointed as we were looking forward to the menu we had seen and it was my partners birthday treat so I wasn’t happy.
