The room was suitable to me

Parking outside hotel was good

Although no ensuite, there was little problem in getting a shower or using the toilet. One particular member of the housekeeping staff ' Gemma' went above and beyond to help me. Barry the owner was also a great ambassador for his accommodation and adjacent pub meals and very passionate about them. I would stay again.

Only downside was not having en-suite but for the price a small price to pay.

Pillows weren't comfy too hard

Rooms very spacious, good facilities within the room

It was very noisy at night, fortunately my children were tired and slept well where as I didn't from the loudness of the noise below

That there was a bar down stairs and good food

Location was OK. The pub and restaurant connected with the accommodation was next door - so that was handy.

Location to main town and train station. It is located in the nicest part of Irvine. It is also located above a pub which also serves great food.

The room is clean and comfortable but very dated. We also stayed on a Saturday night which meant that we were kept awake by loud music. Although this did stop at midnight as advised by the owner.

Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Above a great bar that does lovely food and great price
