Great location very comfortable and clean couldn’t fault it

The bathroom being down a steep flight of stairs quite hard to navigate with a 3 yr old The person in the next room was leaving his door open continuously and leaving the room in his underwear to use the bathroom a bit uncomfortable when we had small children

Rooms beautiful and very clean! Staff super friendly, location is perfect a really lovely view, yes coffee etc supplied and microwave in family room which was great! Beds lovely and comfy(sofa bed isn’t) parking right outside the door

Shared facilities which I misread thinking bathroom shared between the rooms I’d booked but that was my mistake! I was pre warned about live entertainment until 00.30am but didn’t think it would be quite as loud as what it was. Kids really struggled sleeping through it but I did get a msg to warn me about it like I say but I really didn’t think it would be that loud! I really struggled with the two flights of stairs to my room my knee is definitely paying the price unfortunately! No sink in the rooms so to fill the kettle or wash out baby bottles I had to use bathroom sink, tv Remote in the family room doesn’t really work seems to be temper-mental but not the end of the world. All minor inconveniences but I’d definitely go back just without the kids. I didn’t get any check out information so had to ask a cleaner what to do and where to leave the keys.
