Clean, comfortable, strong AC and water and a kettle in the room. Plenty of parking. Good location, walkable to the core area without being so close you can't sleep.

There is a military base out something nearby so you do get bugle calls early in the morning that are hard to sleep through.

Very clean comfortable guest house..a short walk to centre, but in a quiet location... excellent friendly staff and owners.

Lots of stairs, so if you have mobility issues, ask for lower floors... but not a big problem.

Be careful. They stole a bag I had bought at the Made in Cambodia Market.. This is the first time in 10 years of travelling that someone stole from me in a hotel . The bag cost me $26 not a crazy amount, however this has ruined the good feeling I had so far with my travels in Cambodia. Please understand that when you do such things, you can ensuring that tourists do not come to your country , city or hotel again.
