The place is new and very well-maintained. The location is not very far from the city center, and it it relatively quiet. The Internet is stable.

Super grande chambre, meubles en bois massif, frigo, eau potable à volonté, grande salle de bain avec eau chaude, petite terrasse, tout est neuf et très propre. Personnel très souriant Rue calme à 5mn à pied du bord de l’eau.

On a tout aimé… on aurait même aimé qu’il y ait le petit dej car il aurait certainement était comme le reste: super

La gentillesse et le sourire de toute la famille. La chambre propre et confortable ainsi que la salle de bain . La chambre très spacieuse.

Tout fut super ! Pour commencer l 'accueil , beaucoup de sourires . Une grande chambre avec ,table basse et un petit canapé, clim , grande salle de bain avec produit de toilettes et sèche cheveux . Petit déjeuner copieux . Délicieux pancakes . Grâce à cette guesthouse, nous avons trouvé notre guide pour nous différentes sorties .

The Seagull Guesthouse was a very enjoyable experience for me. It runs very well, it is very clean, and the family that runs it is very kind and always willing to help you. The room I stayed in was modern, with good AC and a TV that lets you log in to Netflix and YouTube. The WIFI is very decent too. The bathroom is a modern spacious wet bathroom with hot water for showers and a good modern well functioning toilet and sink. The breakfast was cooked by Mao, and she makes a very delicious, enjoyable breakfast. Mao is also very kind and always with a smile to ask how you are, and if you need anything, she will help you the best she can. The location is great too. It is a short walk from the Durain roundabout, the river, and downtown. If you do not wish to walk, you can get a tuk-tuk; they are available just down the road. Lots of people use Grab for a tuk-tuk too, and that is at a very affordable price to reach many places in Kampot. In saying that, there are many restaurants, food stalls, cafes, and a market called Lucky, easily within walking distance. I loved my stay here, and I will come back when I return to Kampot in the future.

L'hotel était au calme, propre, et a répondu à toutes nos demandes (check-in tardif, location de scooters etc).
