Retro Kampot Guesthouse

Ein Fleck Erde an dem man sich sehr gut erholen kann. Monika und alle die da Arbeiten sind immer freundlich und geben ihr bestes. Man kann hier ganz entspannt am Fluß in einer Hängematte chillen oder auf dem Fluss kostenlos mit einem Kayak paddeln..... PEEFEKT. Man kann sich auch einen Scooter für 5 Dollar pro 24h mieten. Das Essen ist auch sehr sehr lecker. Ach und Monika organisiert sogar Touren. Also entspannter geht es nicht. Also macht euch selbst ein Bild und besucht Monika. @Monika Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Le personnel et le calme.

I loved everything about my stay in this guesthouse! Monica is an amazing host! She went kayaking with me because I was alone and was scared to go by myself ! And she took amazing pictures of me during this activity! Furthermore the atmosphere and environment are so so peaceful. It’s the best place to stay if you want to just relax peacefully. Once you are there, you just want to keep living there. It was really a 5 star service. Without even mentioning the fact we are always welcomed with fruit and water in the common space ! And one more thing. I booked a tour with Ree, and I have to say that he is really an amazing guy. He has a lot of knowledge and likes to explain things + he is very friendly and genuinely kind ! I would 100% recommend a tour with Ree! I will definitely come back to kampot just to stay in that guesthouse and meet Monica and all the staff again !

Maybe just the mattress of my bed that was too hard. But honestly, I have been traveling in Cambodia for 1 month and all my accommodations (whether it’s a backpackers hostel or 5 star hotel) had very hard mattress. So I feel like it’s a national issue 😅

Very relaxing environment

It not I don’t like it just the days is hot and room I book has no air con so it a bit hot during the day. At night I slept like a baby.

Bon emplacement. Chambre authentique, mais très propre. Personnel aux petits soins. Repas/petits déjeuners pas chers et très bon

Pas de clime dans les chambres

We enjoyed it ❤️ the bungalow was so cute, I loved the retro furnishing. The staff were nice. Loved the location next to the river. We borrowed the kayak and rented scooters for a good price

We were right next to the hotel next door, and they pkayed music late and loud, so we could hear everything. This is not obviously Retro’s fault, but good to keep in mind :)

Alojamiento con encanto. La atención del personal excepcional. Comida muy buena. Sin grandes lujos pero con todo lo necesario. Muchas privacidad pero con el personal siempre disponible.
