Big room close to the center of Kampot. It's in a quite area. The owner is helpful and really kind

Very hot in our room and no A/C, only fans. I had a very soft and not good mattress

Owner ripped me off as I was paying, handed him a $100 dollar bill, he hides it for a second behind the counter, then hand me a fake $100 bill, and accuses me of trying to cheat him. Owner smelled of booze and gave off very bad vibes. Not a place I'd feel comfortable in. Not to mention towels and sheets were brown, toilet and sinks leaked water onto the floor. If you're trying to save money, many other places to go to, which are cleaner, more welcoming and won't rob you of your money (needless to say didn't get my hundred dollar bill back despite threatening to go to the police - had to keep moving that day, no time to wait for police involvement).

Very clean well built guesthouse right next to bus company and highway 3. Never saw an insect, amazing! Only issue was bathroom fan of another room (could have been next door hotel) that reverberated. But be in good shape as steep staircase no elevator. Great views of Bokor mountain though!

Bathroom fans were noisy. But interior bathrooms so no insects!

Very nice clean guesthouse, with incredible staff & owners. Room is very hot so be prepared for that but it's what you get for what you pay.

It’s a good Guesthouse, comfy bed and close to the city center. The host is very friendly and willing to help you with scooter Rent and ferry boat tickets.
