The place is very clean and close to the airport.

Very clean, good value . Nice thick mattresses.

Well, I would've liked the manager to be more present --isn't that his job? Other staff very nice, but not as knowledgeable as him, for the sights, etc.

Excellent value for money. The staff are amazing, especially Andrew, who kept in touch with me to make sure I was OK even after I left and continued my journey to other destinations. As I was leaving, he arranged for the taxi driver to take me directly to my bus (the driver actually stopped next to the bus in the busy bus park!). The rooms are clean, mine had a nice balcony. The restaurant served some of the best food I had in Rwanda, and there's a nice view from the restaurant over the city. The place is located close to shops, including a nice supermarket. The very centre of Kigali is short moto taxi ride away. Of course, it's not a luxury hotel, but for the money they charge it's really hard to beat.

The cooks were able and willing to alter and/or cook vegan meals. The breakfast was free and delicious. There is a couple of convenient stores, bakery, and pharmacy within 3 minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel wasn't as close to the city center as I would have liked.

Friendly, helpful staff, quiet hotel, lovely breakfast and the rooftop restaurant has a nice view and is very relaxing.Also the room was very clean.

The staff are well coming and helpful while checking In. Airport pickup was provided which I am grateful for given that it was on short notice. The beds are comfortable for a nice rest. Breakfast was great on the terrace with a nice of Kigali!

The balcony was exceptional!!! They took amazing care of us on short notice.
