Macchiato Suites Boutique Hotel

My recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the hotel did not meet basic standards of cleanliness and service. The lobby and common areas were unkempt, with visible dirt and dust. The room I was given was equally subpar. The bedding was stained and appeared not to have been changed from the previous guest. The bathroom was dirty, with mold in the shower and a persistent unpleasant odor. The furnishings were outdated and worn, and the air conditioning was noisy and inefficient. Service was another major issue. The staff were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to guests' needs. Requests for extra towels and toiletries went unanswered, and the front desk was often unattended. When I did manage to speak with someone, they were dismissive and unresponsive to my concerns. The hotel also failed to deliver on advertised amenities. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and slow, making it difficult to work or relax with streaming services. The fitness center was closed without prior notice, and the advertised breakfast was both limited in options and of poor quality. Overall, my stay at this hotel was highly unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant experience. There are many better options available in the area, and I will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

Great English breakfast. Helpful and respectful staff

The staff is exceptional. Andrew the owner has done a great job training them. I loved the attention Andrew pays to his guests. He makes you feel like you are family from the first handshake. He is a true gentleman. The spacious and well designed terrace was my fav spot. The meals are well prepared and presented.

Something beyond anyone’s ability - the motos and other big car noise. Andrew will do everything to make you comfortable. I was humbled about how they wanted me to happy and satisfied. They will do everything possible to resolve any issues you may have.

Great location, lovely friendly people, clean and good wifi. I’ve stayed a couple of times and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Also enjoyed the breakfast included. Good dinner options at the rooftop restaurant

Most welcoming with excellent staff & service. Was greeted by the manager and nothing was too much trouble. Great roof top eating area. Highly recommended.

Andrew is a great host, he ensures that I had a driver to pick me up from the airport very late, the stay was comfortable, room was spacious, the staff is excellent and ensure your comfortable stay. A great value for money stay around a safe neighborhood. They have a good restaurant serving nice local food along with drinks.

Breakfast menu needs an overhaul to provide variety.

Andrew kept in touch with me the moment I booked my hotel to the day of arrival. The staff were helpful and ensured my asks were attended to promptly. The food was great
