Macchiato Suites Boutique Hotel

The staff are great and welcoming. The facilities were extremely clean. The rooftop is excellent. The airport shuttle was also prompt and delivered as promised. It is a good entry point into Kigali, I never felt like I was in a curated bubble . From the rooftop you can see the beauty of Kigali and everyone carrying on with their day. Breakfast was good and the chefs never missed. The team also helped with navigating around Kigali. For the price point and services it's excellent.

The hotel is easily accessible and close to amenities. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Noise from the streets below. It can be a challenge for light sleepers.

I loved everything about the place. The receptionist was very welcoming, and she made sure I didn't lack anything. Machiato suites was amazing. At night, you are able to have a very beautiful view of Kigali from the rooftop. The rooms are super clean and cosy..... I just highly recommend this for anyone planning on visiting Kigali

The property is located just beside the main road and lots of bike/cabs are available outside. So you can go anywhere you want. The rooftop has an excellent city view. Specially at night the twinkling city lights will mesmerize you. The staffs are super friendly and very very cooperative. The breakfast was beyond my imagination. At first they will serve you a platter of fruits, followed by main breakfast. Their coffee is delicious too. Overall an excellent experience and I would definitely love to go back.

They provided one pair of sandle for the washroom. One more pair of sandles could have been provided for the room. A few more toiletries can be added. Only one soap bar was given.
