Really helpful owner, readily available and responsive. Helpful, kind and friendly staff. The room is basic, but had everything I needed. I appreciated the electric fan and the power point next to the bed. The on-site restaurant/bar was also good. I appreciated the owner helping to coordinate my airport pick up and drop off

-We do compare this place with several others we do have been. Because we have both visited over hundred countries. -The personal was having fun together while the clients were waiting for service. -The room was hot and tiny. There were constractional mistakes which do allow the .mosqitos to come in to the room. My wife was painfully biten all over. -One day before our departure I was asking the receptionist for the bill. The bill was 289 000 Ruandan frangs. Half hour later I started to think how it was so expensive? The right amount should have been 157 000 Ruandan frangs. We wanted to discus with the owner. The owner was not sorry or either he did not want to offer any compensation after the time and effort we had to spend for this matter. Actually he did promise free dinner for the last evening, but finally he did not arrange this dinner for free for us. -With the these experiences we do not recommend this place for anyone.

Cheap and cheerful with staff who go above and beyond to ensure guest happiness. Thank you for the delicious to-go breakfast, large and clean room, and stunning views of the city from the balcony!

We had a great time staying at Macchiato Suites! The breakfast is fantastic, the rooms are great and best of all the staff are all amazingly kind and helpful! Special shout out to Freddy who we really enjoyed getting to know during our stay!
