Smiling and helpful staff

The room features did not match Booking.com description entirely.

I booked late in evening while at nyabungogo bus park ,and immediately the owner responded and was able to check in swiftly, that was really great since i had a small baby. The room was clean, bed comfy, the food esp veggies was really nice. The roof top restaurant really has nice views at night. The location isn't far from the city center.

I wish the rooms had a telephone to make it easier to order food or ask any assistance. The bed cover was old and torn . Staffs esp.ladies should improve on their attitude and have professionalism in serving clients. I was not so impressed when this lady decides to serve breakfast to clients who had come after me while I was seated their with my son who was not even feeling well.That was a really bad show. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Very neat! The Manager and the lady at the reception were very helpful and responsive. The hotel arranged airport pickup for us and also shoutout to the chef who cooked us a delicious meal even though we arrived very late. My family and I, are very grateful
