Die Unterkunft ist phänomenal. Das gesamte Team gibt dem Haus seine unverwechselbare Seele und hat dazu geführt, dass wir uns rundherum wohl gefühlt haben. Wir wurden abends von Petty herzlich empfangen. Sie überraschte uns mit Wein und einem Appetizer. Dirk stand uns jederzeit mit exzellenten Empfehlungen für Tagesausflüge und Restaurants zur Seite. Waynes Frühstück war das Beste, das wir je hatten. Sein Humor hat das Frühstück jedes Mal zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Dabei haben wir die einmalige Panoramaaussicht auf das Meer genossen. Mit Glück kann man auch Delphine beobachten. Melody und ihre Kolleginnen haben ebenfalls zu einem einmaligen Wohlfühlerlebnis beigetragen. Das Alexander Guest Haus ist unsere Lieblingsunterkunft auf der Reise und eine absolute Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt auf der Garden Route❤️

Loved Alexander Guest House - situated on a cliff above Knysna, the views are breath taking, and some people manage to spot whales from the balcony which has a plunge pool, sunbeds and a hot tub. The place is sumptuous, and the team are super friendly and will go over and above to make your stay there an excellent one. Superb and plentiful breakfast (varied breakfast menu), huge selection of breads and fruit and all sorts. Great coffee. Fantastic local knowledge about places to go and visit etc - there is so much to do around Knysna! One restaurant within walking distance, plenty more a short drive away. Secure parking. We spent 5 weeks travelling in Africa, and this is the best place, wished we had booked for more than the three nights we stayed.
