Quero apresentar uma reclamação relativamente às condições do alojamento my oriente em Lisboa. O quarto encontrava-se extremamente sujo, com muito pó acumulado, e ainda encontrámos um PERCEBEJO na cama, o que é completamente inaceitável e preocupante para a saúde. Estas condições colocam em risco o bem-estar e a higiene dos hóspedes, especialmente porque os percevejos podem causar problemas de saúde e contaminar roupa e bagagens. Já entrámos em contacto anteriormente a solicitar um reembolso, mas até ao momento não obtivemos qualquer resposta. Assim, voltamos a pedir uma resolução urgente desta situação e o respetivo reembolso. Caso continuemos sem resposta, iremos avançar com reclamação formal nas plataformas competentes e entidades de defesa do consumidor. Aguardamos resposta com urgência.

"Don't expect too much. Has the host ever stopped by to see the condition of his apartment?"

Plenty of hot water for shower. Close to our rental return and airport.

The shower mat had clumps of mildew, the parking was only free from 7 at night until the morning, I was not aware I needed WhatsApp to communicate and check in (luckily my wife has it on her phone) and we had to keep texting and calling the host to communicate answers to our questions.
