The apartments are easy to find and in a convenient location close to the metro, with several shopping centers and cafes right nearby. Access to the apartment through the ground floor is safe, the hallway is tidy, and the receptionist is available during the day to help with any questions. There is free, delicious coffee, fruit, and pastries. The room features a very comfortable double bed with soft bedding and towels.

The room is quite bleak, with only one window facing a closed, messy courtyard. There was a terrible sewage smell, especially in the mornings. I informed the receptionist about it, and she kindly took the initiative to call a technician in the evening, but the smell didn't go away. In the mornings, I was woken up by nearby construction work, though of course, that is not the owners' fault. The walls and doors are thin, and guest behavior is not monitored in the evenings. One night, guests from several rooms hung out in the hallway until midnight and disturbed my rest. There are not enough outlets in the room—you have to unplug the nightstand lamp to charge your phone. The TV worked poorly one morning and didn't work at all on other days (allegedly due to no signal). When I ran out of drinking water, there was nowhere to refill it. There are also no disposable utensils, so if you buy food, make sure to bring your own.

Outstanding care and communication.

I have been to many places and stayed at different hotels but this is so far the best hotel I have stayed in. It literally felt like home. Would definitely recommend it. Thank you Hygge House.
