Gute Lage und unbedingt mit Frühstück im hygge Kaffee buchen. Sehr nette Begrüßung und gute Self-Check-in Anweisungen.

Teils hellhörig und laute Nachbarn, daher lagen bei der Ankunft auch schon Ohrstöpsel auf dem Bett. Wenig Ablagen, also nichts für lange Aufenthalte.

Great location, easy access, no issues with the check-in process and keys. Very safe and spacious. Lobby and common areas well decorated.

Mold and very bad smell of damp and waste in the bathroom and inside the room. Uncomfortable mattress, low-quality pillows, and worn-out bedding. Tiny shower room.

The room was good, the bed was comfortable and the shower was also good.

I didn’t like the fact that I have asked for an iron and ironing board in advance (at the time I booked the room) and despite the staff saying they would coordenate things for me to have the iron upon my arrival, that didn’t happen. They suggested me to go borrow an iron from another guest and so I did… I also didn’t like the excessive noise I had to deal with. Besides the noise from the street, ironically there is also a lot of noise coming from the reception area. The person at the reception makes very loud and long calls on speaker (or video calls or whatever it was), that force us to wake up at 8h00. This is not nice when you arrive late at night and need to rest in the morning. The provided earplugs in the room won’t solve the situation. The fact that the reception is in the hallway, just next to the rooms (that lack sound insolation) should make the staff understand that early morning is very likely a period when the guests are still resting and it’s not nice to be forced to wake up like that. Maybe speaking in a not so loud way on calls would be a good idea, maybe using headphones on calls instead of speaker would also be a good idea… I would say, some basic common sense is always important. This whole situation prevented me to have the quality of rest that I needed, so I cannot see it as something positive at all.
