Room Lusíadas with private bathroom

We had an unpleasant experience staying in this room. From the first day, there was a strong sewage smell that didn't go away. The general lighting worked only for the first two days, and then there was no light at all. Additionally, there was a noticeable moldy smell in the room, indicating a lack of proper maintenance.

I think the property per se is good but it is scary to see that there are cracks in the ceiling

There was no bolt on the inside of the door. I just wasnt comfortable sleeping without any both or latch or a lock from inside I do not know how often the keys on the outside are changed. What if a previous occupant comes and opens the door. It can happen if the keys are not changed often

Close to everything I needed.

On the second day their was no running water and was completely ignored by the owner regarding this matter. Never got a follow up. Complete silence.

Good value for the money. Everything was as advertised. Comfortable.

Sometimes there was a smell coming from the bathroom. A note that explains that we have to wait a bit longer for hot water to come would be helpful.
