Everything was fantastic. The apartment was spacious, bright, and well-equipped with all the essential utensils. It had a nice backyard balcony and was in a good location/ area. A thoughtful welcome gift was provided. Communication with the owner was excellent, and the mobile check-in and check-out process was seamless.

It didn't bother us, but just in case. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, with suitcases it might be a workout.

Clean and in a decent location with plenty of restaurants, and a rather long walking distance to the historic center

Sofa bed is simply unusable.Parking can be extremely challenging, going up the stairs with suitcases is not easy, and as it's an old building the downstairs neighbor came up complaining of noise just because a 4 year old was running a bit!

Spacious apartment with a nice balcony, full kitchen, lovely decor. a short walk to the metro. Many stores and restaurants nearby.

Not quiet: loud bar just outside (but able to close off the windows which helps). Floors squeak and door latches are loud. Could use a deep cleaning for odors. Furniture looks nice but is quite uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable.

I don’t understand how can a place like this have this kind of note in booking when have nothing to do with 8.8,I think they just don’t know what means clean,first make a good disinfection and then do the rent,not the reverse

The location of the property is reasonable to go on foot to the city centre. The neighborhood is multiracial and let you know the people and the rest of the town. It is close to restaurants, supermarkets and public transport. The building and the flat is nice. The kitchen has all you can need.

One of the photos of the advertisement is confusing because it seems that the property has accounts in different platforms (Amazon Prime, Disney +, Netflix...) available for the hosted people. It is not true, the TV is able to use these platforms, but you must use your own account. The air conditioned is only installed in the living room and not in the rest of the flat. The bed available in the living room (it is a sofa bed) is not very confortable. The fridge needs a revision because the door switch seems not to be working properly and it stops the fridge from refrigerating sometimes (even with the fridge door closed). The second set of keys (they are not really needed) doesn't work properly. It is not possible to lock completely the house door (the last lock turn can't be done completely). The advertisement indicates that parking in the street is possible, but you can't leave the car for free and for more than some hours, so you need to find a parking to leave it during your stay.
