Your New Home in Lisbon - AC and Fast Wi-Fi

The location of the property is reasonable to go on foot to the city centre. The neighborhood is multiracial and let you know the people and the rest of the town. It is close to restaurants, supermarkets and public transport. The building and the flat is nice. The kitchen has all you can need.

One of the photos of the advertisement is confusing because it seems that the property has accounts in different platforms (Amazon Prime, Disney +, Netflix...) available for the hosted people. It is not true, the TV is able to use these platforms, but you must use your own account. The air conditioned is only installed in the living room and not in the rest of the flat. The bed available in the living room (it is a sofa bed) is not very confortable. The fridge needs a revision because the door switch seems not to be working properly and it stops the fridge from refrigerating sometimes (even with the fridge door closed). The second set of keys (they are not really needed) doesn't work properly. It is not possible to lock completely the house door (the last lock turn can't be done completely). The advertisement indicates that parking in the street is possible, but you can't leave the car for free and for more than some hours, so you need to find a parking to leave it during your stay.

Very cosy apartment. The host cared for the comfort: coffee, SmartTV, city guides and table games, iron and ironing board, washing machine and dishwasher, detergents, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. Upon arrival, we were even awaited by a bottle of wine as a gift!

It is necessary to understand that parking a car near the house will be tricky. There is no separate parking lot. Therefore, you will have to look for a free place for a car along the street. And it is pretty challenging to find a free place. However, the ample parking within walking distance from the property helps. It is also worth mentioning that the building has no elevator, so you will have to carry your suitcases up the stairs. Regarding the location, the apartment is quite far from the tourist centre. On the one hand, there probably will be less noise at night; on the other hand, you will most likely have to get to cafes and tourist attractions by transport.

Wide and generous space

No elevator

Lovely apartment, very well equipped, decent size, balcony is over garden. Stuff for wee kids useful (high chair, bibs, stools, activities). Good location for metro or could walk to most stuff if didn't have aforementioned kids!

No real complaints! Having to have phone data to check in panicked me but was actually fine. No bath plug!

We loved that everything was done electronically - all the communication, check in and even the lock! It was all seamless and Dan had excellent communication throughout. It was also great to have access to a full kitchen (not that we used it) and the washing machine. The internet was also really fast. The living room was also really homely. The artwork on the walls were also beautiful!

The floors were a bit sticky especially in the kitchen - while slippers were provided, we just ended up wearing our socks. The AC is also in the living area and does not go into the bedrooms.

Large rooms

The apartment was not cleaned. There were cigarette butts in the ashtray on the balcony, a used bath sponge with hairs in the bathtub, a dirty parquet floor that stained our socks if we walked without shoes. The smell of mold in the apartment. not recommended

A very well equipped and spacious apartment. Really nice to have salt, herbs, oil etc provided so that you don't have to buy them and then use only a little. Also really appreciate loo paper being provided - some lettings are very stingy. Lovely sunny balcony for me to read a book and drink tea whilst the youngsters had a lie in! Sensor lights in the hallway were great at night. Although it's a little way out from the centre we had no problem walking in and out, but the metro is also very convenient. Arriving in the evening we found the portofino Italian restaurant around the corner great value and lovely food for an easy meal (plenty of opportunities the following days to enjoy local Portuguese specialities).

Nothing - municipal rubbish collection in the early hours can be a bit noisy, but that's a city for you!
