Good location for a one night stay. Staff were very obliging and did luckily assist with our luggage.

Be aware that there are 4 flights of stays to access reception on the 4th floor and then 2 more flights to get to the bedroom. They probably should note this on the booking sites.

Unsere Suite war ein Traum, fühlte mich wie eine Prinzessin, wunderschöner Ausblick, da lohnt sich das teuere Zimmer zu nehmen. Das Bett war super bequem, Frühstück lecker. Die Gastgeber unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Der 4Stock mit Koffer von 2x 21kg und Handgepäck war eine Herausforderung, aber das wussten wir ja und uns wurde geholfen. Ansonsten haben wir es immer sportlich genommen...

Lovely location, within walking distance of Praça do Comercio and metro/train stations/ tram stops. Also right opposite the ruins of the Convento do Carmo. Loved the window view, and the little gifts that were left in the room for us every single day. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Nice to have a common room with drinks and cake/biscuits/apples available all day

We knew about the stairs but with the heat they still got tiring, especially as Lisbon is all up and down! 😅 You need to be fairly fit to do them a couple of times a day! Also there was a strange smell from the shower room (drains?), it would have been helpful to have some diffusers or something to mask it Unfortunately these couple of things detracted a bit from what would otherwise have been a much better experience
