Ubicación excelente.Amabilidad y atención del personal.Habitscion muy bien. Buen desayuno. Un gran detalle tener café y bollería durante las 24 horas, así comoos detalles en la habitación

Que es un cuarto piso con 96 escalones sin ascensor. Es un problema para el trasiego de maletas y para personas mayores

I love the feel of the hotel almost like a boutique well a fancy one. Everytime I came back to my room a little treat was left which was so cute.

The only thing is the stairs. There is no elevator so if you have bad joints I would take that into consideration. However since I was going to two locations for lodging and needed to return, they were kind enough to let me leave my big suitcase!

Dès que quelqu'un utilisait l'eau dans sa chambre, on entendait beaucoup la pompe à eau ce qui nous empêchait parfois de nous reposer. La proximité de la salle commune fait qu'on entendait pas mal le bruit des gens dès le matin.

We had a wonderful stay at Feeling Chiado 15 and would happily recommend it. The hospitality and service were truly exceptional. A special thank you to Ram, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, as well as to the rest of the staff who made us feel at home throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary breakfast, which was excellent and a very thoughtful gesture. Overall, the outstanding hospitality, excellent service, and quality of the accommodation far outweighed this minor inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again.

The only downside was the absence of an elevator. Climbing up to the fourth floor with luggage can be quite challenging, especially for guests with mobility issues.
