"Feeling Chiado 15 was an instantly welcoming spot. I only wish we had stayed there longer."

The owner, Ram, was beyond accommodating and kind. The room was lovely, the breakfast was delicious, the people were wonderful. Location was also perfect and there was a nice little hangout space just outside our room where you could enjoy espresso and cake all day if you wanted.

No elevator, and it's on the top floor. However, Ram helped with all of our luggage. In the end, it wasn't a big deal, but a minor inconvenience since we had a toddler and a stroller.

Beautiful property, with excellent location.

Unfortunately the steps upto the hotel were too much for my husband - there is no elevator.

The staff were so amazingly friendly and helpful. I haven’t had such a great experience before, they really added to the trip. The rooms are gorgeous and very clean. Location is great. Very central.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, das Zimmer war direkt im ausgebauten Dachbereich, und hatte eine tolle Aussicht. Frühstück war liebevoll zubereitet. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich - haben uns bei jeder Anfrage sofort weitergeholfen, und gute Tips gab es auch. Lage zentral - idealer Ausgangspunkt mit guter Gastro in direkter Nähe.

Für uns kein Problem, aber für manch anderen Gast vielleicht: Lage im 4. Stock - ohne Lift, plus Zimmer dann ev. nochmals einen Stock höher im Dachbereich.

"Všechno bylo naprosto báječné - děkujeme!"

Vše bylo naprosto skvělé - lokalita, přístup, informovanost ohledně check inu a velmi si vážím osobního přístupu, to na nás udělalo dojem. Za nás tedy absolutně báječné ubytování a centru města s příjemnou atmosférou a milým personálem. Nic nebylo problém, chválím a ráda se vrátím při cestě zpět do Portugalska. Děkujeme za krátký, ale přesto báječný pobyt!

Pro někoho by mohl být problém 4 patra bez výtahu, nicméně i samotné schodiště má "duši" a umocňuje celou atmosféru ubytování - takže toto není něco, co by se nám nelíbilo, ale spíš jen upozornění, pokud je někdo méně pohyblivý.
