Grea location, friendly staff. Lovely cakes and edible snacks left in room each day

96 stairs after a day sightseeing !! No kettle or milk! The dining room was open all the time with coffee but no milk or kettle for the tea bags ( there was a flask of hot water but often cool or empty by time we got back)

Emplacement idéal, même si il y a 4 étages à monter à pied, belle vue, des petites attentions différentes tous les jours (merci) , belle déco, très propre, peu bruyant, bonne literie, bien aménagé, un petit déjeuner très correct, très bon accueil (même si je ne parle ni portugais ou anglais). Si je retourne à Lisbonne, je n’hésiterai à revenir dans cet hôtel.

What a great place. We didn't mind walking up all the stairs to get there, but be warned (it was 4 or 5 flights). Welcoming staff, very helpful in answering any questions we had. Cookies and drinks available at all times in the dining/library area, breakfast was excellent. Our room was spacious and had a great view of the city. Bathroom was well appointed, bed was comfortable.

No complaints.

L’accueil et l’aide des employés. Ils nous ont suggéré des restaurants tout près et ont fait des réservation pour nous. La chambre était très confortable et tranquille. Très bien situé pour visiter plusieurs attraits à pieds. Bon petit déjeuner. Eau chaude, café et douceurs sucrés sont disponibles en tout temps. Je vous conseille de prendre un taxi de l’aéroport ou le bus.

Je vous conseille de prendre un taxi de l'aéroport ou le bus. En métro avec des valises c'est difficile. Les quatre étages pour se rendre à l'hôtel avec des bagages sont quelque chose aussi. Le wifi est vraiment horrible! L'eau chaude prend du temps à arriver. Malgré ces points négatifs, je recommande l'endroit.
