everything , the bathroom was smelly , there was no flush of the toilet , the washing sink was very small and almost can not be used , the bed sheets were not clean , the floor was dirty, the corridor was smelly and also it was the first time I get asked for a deposit

Assim que chagámos fomos para fazer a nossa higiene normal e não havia nenhuma reposição de gel de mão, nada mesmo.

Location and communication with the host were good.

The room was missing several basic amenities. There was no kettle or facilities to make a hot drink, and no glass in the bathroom for drinking water. The bathroom was quite small. The room was very cold on December ; a small heater was provided but it was noisy and did not warm the space effectively. Only two small pillows were available, the mattress was uncomfortable, and only two bath towels were provided with no hand towels.
