Es war zu kalt im Raum und nur eine kleine Heizung die geeignet ist eine Besenkammer warm zu bekommen aber kein großes Zimmer. Und die Heizung war sehr laut. Das Schlafen war nicht zu denken.Eine zusätzliche Decke zum schlafen war auch nicht möglich! Die Wände sind sehr Dünn, also für Leute mit leichten Schlaf nicht geeignet.

Even before arrival, you receive a code of conduct by email (as an attachment). The property is located on one floor of a regular residential building. The rules clearly state mandatory quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., and explicitly mention that violations may result in eviction without compensation. The same rules are posted inside the hostel as well. In reality, however, the administration does not enforce these rules at all and shows no interest in guests’ behavior unless there is physical damage to the room. We stayed in a private room, with another private room directly next to ours. The neighbors were talking loudly, laughing, and arguing the entire (!) night, continuously making noise until 7:00 a.m. We attempted to resolve the issue ourselves and politely asked them to keep the noise down, but they refused to communicate with us. We then contacted the administration. Their response was that they “could not do anything” and that it was “unfortunate that not everyone follows the rules.” This raises a simple question: what is the purpose of these rules if the property refuses to enforce them? Furthermore, we formally requested payment documents with a tax identification number, which is our legal right. This request has been completely ignored for more than three weeks (untill now). As a result, we have submitted a formal complaint to the relevant government authority and are currently awaiting its review.
