"Bad"

I waited for someone to open the door for me for 15 minutes. Pressed the bell and the managers told me they were in. I called the number but they didn't answer and told me they didn't because they couldn't speak in English. I had to look for another hotel and and they still kept my money. I tried to reason with them but I have no feedback after 4 days. I'm very disappointed...

"Superb"

Everyone was very nice and polite, everywhere was clean and comfortable.

There is only a shower place in the room there is no toilet, so you need to use a shared toilet but its always clean.
