Breakfast short walk from the Bed and Breakfast location Traditional Italian breakfast offered Maria welcoming atmosphere made our stay fabulous Clean well cared for accommodation with coffee tea water and cookies

The location was perfect, and Maria was an excellent host. The bed was comfortable, and the common area was well-equipped. Whatever we needed, we received without hesitation.

The blanket was made of polyester, and there was no full-body mirror.

I like the modern, slick, and cheerful design; it presents a serene and welcoming vibe when you enter the flat.

Probably the conversational noise coming from the neighbor - luckily it was just the morning in which I was checking out.

Generous selection of fruit, snacks and yoghurt proved by Maria the host. Maria was super helpful and spent time suggesting places to see and eat definitely went the extra mile to make our stay wonderful The location is exceptional - short walk to alll the main attractions and some lovely restaurants.

Breakfast was provided by a local cafe - limited simple choices so adequate.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and you feel very welcome since the moment you enter it. Spotless and very conveniently located in the heart of Bologna. Maria is the perfect host: very attentive, friendly and helpful ,went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed and was happy to share with us her local knowledge. Access to a kitchen which was well stocked with real milk, juices and fruit. Host’s willingness to spend time sharing tourist recommendations - a great communicator.

Synthetic duvet cover which got very hot and clammy. Cotton would have been so much better. Breakfast good but would be nice to have some variety for longer stayers.

Small B&B in a great location. Very friendly and helpful host.

Location was excellent in the heart of old town without the tourist crowds. Host was fantastic and welcoming and went out of her way to attend to our needs. B&B was very nicely updated with contemporary décor within a traditional building. Hot breakfast is not offered, but there is coffee, tea yogurt and fruit available. Host provides coupon for breakfast at restaurant nearby.
