Super location and overall a fab stay. Good secure building, room and communal areas were all very clean. Close to lots of restaurants and bars but never caused any night time noise or disturbance. Bed was firm and comfy for a good nights sleep. Nice bed linen which was changed mid stay. Air con was very efficient and the rooms had metal shutters which kept room cool during the day when we were out. Plenty of hot water and a good shower. A very handy fridge in the room and coffee maker with basic crockery for your stay. Lovely extensive roof terrace with lots of different seating areas, great to relax on at sunset. There is a BBQ but we didn’t use it. Kettle and microwave up there too. Hosts were lovely people and kindly looked after our luggage on last day so we could go out for the day without dragging them along.

Well located, very friendly staff (Miguel and Lalitha), room was spacious and had the essential amenities (e.g.: air conditioning) as well as a fridge to store some food. It is centrally located and easy to get to anywhere (restaurants, bars, boat to Rio Formosa's beaches, ...) by just walking a few steps.

Nothing relevant. Will just inform that those more susceptible to the noise of the street should bring ear plugs. The street is not noisy itself, however it is narrow and when cars pass by, the sound becomes louder.

Beautiful rooftop terrace. Excellent location in the center of Olhao. Shops are in walking distance.

The location was ideal for walking to shops, cafes and harbour also train station .

Only slight concern was that when we left accommodation in early hours to catch flight home the staircase to ground floor was not lit. However we were able to use torch on phone.

After a stressful journey it was lovely to be met by the friendly and smiling Miguel. When he brought me to the room the first thing i noticed was that the cleanliness of the room was better than any I have ever stayed in. The room had almost everything I needed for a short trip. There was an excellent shower and the quality of the toiletries was incredible. The single beds in the twin room are really big and comfortable and had a choice of two types of pillow. Fabulous roof terrace for a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The location is perfect, just one block away from the markets and the marina and right in the middle of the old town with its cafes and bars. Out of a number of options of places to stay in Olhao, I chose this one more or less at random and I can honestly say it was the best choice I could possibly have made.

Perhaps a kettle in the room for those of us who don't know how to use a Dolce Gusto coffee machine....

The owners did everything to help us with our stay - early check in, change of room, late checkout.

The price without breakfast is not the bargain it used to bee.

absolutely loved it from the first minute when I showed up to check in. Very friendly; welcoming and helpful staff . You wouldn’t find the same level of comfort in many posh hotels . For me one of the top places I have ever stayed. And I travel a lot.
