Very efficiently run and very clean on arrival. The room was neat, clean and functional. The WiFi worked all the time. The location is good for the pedestrian streets with shops cafes and restaurants. It is also close to the fish and produce markets. The bus station and train stations are within 10 minutes walk. There is a supermarket near the bus station. The public ferry departure pier is about 15 minutes walk max. I was pleased with my choice and enjoyed my stay.

Not a didn't like, but I think a kettle is more useful than a machine that uses the coffee capsules. I travel with my own but others may not.

The position si perfect, near the center and harbour. The room was cleaned. Lalitha was so nice.

Nothing to dislike

Central location in old town. Comfortable rooms with fridge, coffee machine and cutlery/crockery. Helpful and informative hosts - family run. Very large roof terrace with sun loungers, BBQ area and dining tables.

Limited kitchen facilities.

A great apartment in a great location in Olhao. A very professional run company nothing to find fault with. Our apartment was a great size

The place was clean and fully equipped. The kitchen had everything. There was a beach umbrella that we used. The location was good. The rooftop terrace was also nice. Hosts were very friendly and accompanied as well. We really enjoyed our stay. :)

The Wi-Fi was sometimes slow but it wasn’t a big deal.

Speaking of location, it couldn't have been better. The hotel was within walking distance from the town centre and ferry port, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the town and Culatra and Armona islands. The room rates were quite reasonable, especially considering its central location in the heart of the old town. An amazing rooftop terrace: it was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing, enjoying a drink while taking in the sunset.

While I had an overall pleasant experience, I did encounter some street noise during the night and early morning

Fantastic location, only 8 mins walk from the harbour. The owners of the apartments provided impeccable service and really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The room had everything we needed, including refrigerator and air conditioning. My only complaint is that the bathroom was a tad too small, but apart from that I would definitely return!

I loved the amazing cost-quality relationship, the well-equipped rooms (including one with a kitchen), the stunning rooftop with a view, the cleanliness, and the friendly owners who made us feel at home.

The rooms get a bit warm in the summer months, but they all have AC and we were super comfortable.

Simple, basic, spacious and airy room (Starfish) with a very good and decent size shower. The hosts, Miguel and Lalitha, met us on arrival and were friendly, helpful and easy to contact. Whilst the terrace could do with a little TLC, it was a great place to sit and relax after a long day of walking.

We had a good coffee machine in our room but no kettle to make tea in the morning (there is kettle upstairs on the terrace floor), would have liked to have use of a toaster.
