The apartment was well equipped, the AC was working well, overall it looked alright, the check-in went smooth.

Although the apartment was generally good, I cannot give it more than one star because it was simply impossible to sleep there and that was the sole purpose of my stay. The room in which I stayed (marked B) is next to another apartment and the wall between them is ridiculously non-insulated, so I could hear the neighbours talking and watching TV until 3 a.m. I know they tried to keep quiet, after I banged on the wall, but you can really hear everything. The bathroom smells like urine, so maybe it could be cleaned a bit better. The area is a bit creepy too, with factories around and not many facilities. Sorry, but I cannot give a higher rating.
