Stayed there for 3 nights, very good value for money overall, a fully-equipped kitchen (with fridge etc), a fast WiFi, a relatively clean bathroom and shower. There was a heater in the room and a spare warm blanket, so I never felt cold. The location is around 10-15 minutes walking distance from the main train station which was entirely fine for me.

Check-in/out entirely though the booking chat / whatsapp feels a bit unusual. The neighbors (from the other flat) can be quite noisy at nights (I think it was around 1am) and it sounds like they are in the same flat as you.
