Great walks nearby with alpacas and 50p food for them. Great room. Toaster, Microwave, Kettle Milk Tea etc. Very helpful.

7am to 9am humming sound possibly a water heater. Defeated my earplugs.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stayed. We live in Yorkshire (recently moved) now, but i had an early hospital appointment in Derby. Its great as we had our chis with us and it was quiet. We were able to walk them nearby and it was very quiet, a great nights sleep. I would definitely stay here again if i had an early am appt until i am discharged.

As a solo traveler with a dog this is an amazing find. Beautiful surroundings for dog walking and information in the room of dog friendly eateries close by.

Would like more sheep. We (myself and my dog) only saw 4😂
