Laura was incredibly helpful. As our first stop was Sarria - Laura organised our Camino passports and our luggage transfers for the rest of the trip. Used google translate to help us understand her information which was very helpful. Room was clean, tidy and warm in the cold weather.

Property was very clean. Host was super helpful. She gave suggestions on where to eat and offered to call our next hotel to pick up our luggage without cost. We were able to walk comfortably to our next hotel for the start of our Camino without lugging our luggage! Muchas gracias Laura😊

She didn’t speak English so it was difficult to communicate clearly with her prior to our arrival.

The facility was very clean and maintained very well. The location is very close to the station and close to restaurants. Laura was a very good person but she recommended her husband’s restaurant strongly for dinner and breakfast and spent 2/3 of our first conversation instead of the explanation of the hotel procedure. I can tell she does this with kindness but it was a bit too much for me.

Room was large and roomy. Sheets were clean. Room was quiet. Provided tissues and chocolates which was a nice touch

No kettle in the room. Pillow very lumpy.

Super location just 5 minutes from the train station. Bedrooms were very clean, cosy and warm. Laura was an amazing host, she went out of her way to help us and recommended a good local restaurant. Thank you Laura. Highly recommend

The room was well appointed. Very clean, with a generous sized bathroom. Perfect for your stop in Sarria when out on the Camino!

After long hours of transportation to sarria, finally arrived at sarria, my friend and i just want to take rest first, but laura dosent understand it. First, pension is on upstair, but no door bell on ground floor, you need to phone to her, then she will open the door for you. Then, when we're at reception, the first thing is pay the room fee by creidt card and get the receipt. as she only can speak spanish, my friend and i use google translate try to understand what she said. And she shown me that she totally impatient because i dont know spanish. And she start to introduce the password downstair for 4 times. Then, she started to recommend us the restaurant for breakfast that's open at 7am, but we said no need becuase we want to start our journey at 6am. She shown her impatient again. Then, She try to recommend us the dinner, but i want to have meal at 1930, she said no. Its just only at 20:15. And that she repeated the restaurant what it have again and again. Until i said yes, things can move on. Thirdly, as i want to use the backpack transfer service, it was an nightmare. she need us to follow her step to write down the name and place. i cannot tell her by once, i need to follow her step. Actually, i just want to use the service stage by stage. she repeat and repeat that in spanish what i totally dont understand. And always said Mamamia Mamamia. Also, she slander me very nervous, nervous and nervous. And i was just tired at all. Finally she help us to complete the form and tell us how to leave money inside the pocket. Its totally over 10 times for the pocket. Before i get into the room, she ask me did i pay the fee. OMG, i already paid at first and luckily asked her the receipt. if not, i cannot imagine what will happen. This is the first time i need 80mins to check in.
