Very good location close to the bus station, Laura was extremely helpful and gave lots of information

Stayed there during September. We were asked to tell the reception when arriving. Although we gave a notice in advance we had to wait outside for Laura to come, for about 10 minutes ( after a 30 kn walk…) When checking in she kept us for a long time telling us all kind of information which had to be translated through google translate, as she does not understand English. Eventually she sent us the information to our WhatsApp in broken English…Her recommendations for breakfast and dinner were not understood and were not found on google maps. We received a room for 3 people. As the beds had woolen blankets we used the sheets from the third bed to cover the blankets. The air in the room was condensed , so we opened the window which brought in a lot of noise from the outside. There was also noise from the next room as the wall was probably very thin. The handles in the shower simply fell apart… In the morning I felt scratching all over my neck . This became later a real hazard as it kept scratching the next days. I assume it was bed bugs )-: !!! The next day we received tons of WhatsApp messages complaining all kind of things, accusing us in using the third bed and threatening us that she would call the next hotel we are visiting on our Camino (this was written on our suitcases) and warn them… She also said that she would write booking.com.. In general, save yourself, stay away!!!

Great owner. But only speaks Spanish. She showed us to use the keypad outside and key. Room great location even close to laundry facility. And easy walk to river and restaurants.

Ceiling fan needs to be tightened. We did not need to use we opened the windows.

Laura was extremely nice and kind.

Laura is the sweetest person I've met here so far. Like a momma bear, takes care of all of her guests with whole her heart. Definitely will be back.
